My body of work is shaped by how people are emotionally moved by being a part of and observing large groups of humans.
Viewers are encouraged to feel the impact of collective effervescence and then are able to connect to smaller moments and figures as they begin to notice details and stories.
Juno Lazare:
Exploring themes of identity, gender, grief, and movement through figure studies and representations of the human form.

Born out of stress, and under a system in uncertain flux- ‘Freak the F@$#! out is our artistic catharsis. Expressed in spray paint, insects, graphite, paint, and digital works, FRCC’s honors art class’s body of work acts as a reclamation of agency for our own lives.
We hope you might find comfort, hope or perhaps a sense of unity in visiting our pieces, in an otherwise politically and emotionally opaque time to exist within America.
